Our cocktail menu is based on old Chinese
Almanac, the I Ching. The I Ching is very
complex, for ease of Western thinking, they
represent different point of Yin Yang, and
are in state of constant change. Each cocktail
is inspired by a Hexagram. You will
notice for The Shabu Shabu Blazer represents
Nearing, Approaching, and is only available
at your table. The Fenghuang Blazer represents
viewing contemplation, and is only
available at bar.

Swallowing, Mouth Corners is represented by
food menu, and in Hexagram for Returning is
The Gambatte, Good Luck perennial favourite
which has been on menu now for 9 years. New
addition is Japanese Sangria 1 Litre Jugs and
Teapots, under Hexegram for Coupling, Coming
Together to Meet. For Diminishing, we present
The Falling Water, Wellington original
which falls in price throughout night.
Another Wellington classic, The Rosebud,
represents Increasing and goes up in price
